September 2025: Hibner Presents to the Centennial Facebook Group

Perry Hibner, author of the soon-to-be released book Centennial Revisited: An Oral History of the Epic TV Miniseries, presented virtually to approximately 25 attendees of the James Michener’s Centennial Fans Facebook page on Sunday, Sept. 7.

The virtual meeting lasted for more than 2.5 hours and also included three actors from the TV miniseries: Gregory Harrison (Levi Zendt), Les Lannom (Bufe Coker), and Kario Salem (Mike Pasquinel).

Hibner shared stories about his interviews with more than 30 members of the cast and crew and some his favorite recollections from those interviews. He also answered questions from attendees about the timeline for when the book is expected to be available.
